An orthopedic office aims to streamline the process of filling out surgical forms, which often require repetitive information. Both the surgeon and the patient must sign each form, and each hospital has its own specific forms to complete. The goal is to reduce errors and eliminate unsigned forms. To address these challenges, we developed an innovative solution for the client called "SmartSign." 



SmartSign offers several unique features:

• Information only needs to be entered once, and it automatically populates across all forms.
• The system requires both the surgeon and the patient to sign every form using an affordable digital signing pad.
• It can be customized to accommodate any form.
• Signed documents can be easily exported to popular PDF formats.
